DAT Date on tables

DAT is a logical format. The standard setting is NDAT (false).

DAT causes the date of the run to appear at the top of every page of a table using special %DAT.

The date is placed at the top right of the page on the same line as the header. Room is made for the date (and the page number) with format IAJ. So that the header can still be centred format IBJ is set to the same value as IAJ.

The date can be placed elsewhere on the page with relevant label controls.
