ITB is a logical format. The standard setting is ITB (true).

Setting this format false (NITB) causes the table not to be incremented.

This format is useful for creating empty tables for future incrementation or manipulation.

IMPORTANT: if not using respondent weighting, but are intending to use quantity weights on a table then the first definition should also include a quantity weight (which will not be used).  Failure to do so will mean that the correct significance testing formulae will not be used.

This format is not stored with the table and does not affect future references to the table.
