LBJ is a numeric format. The standard setting is LBJ0.

LBJ specifies an overall offset from the top of the page, a number of lines on which no printing will occur.

IMPORTANT: If CL print styles are used for printing then LBJ should not be used. Set the margins in the PRS file instead.
