PHG is a numeric format. The standard setting is PHG1.
This format controls the point at which a table will overflow horizontally if it is too wide to fit on the page.
If set to non-zero this format tells CL not to split header groups when a table overflows horizontally at print time. Use PHG1 for headers, PHG2 for overheaders and PHG3 for superheaders.
Setting PHG0 tells CL to put as many columns on the page as possible.
