RLW is a numeric format. The standard setting is RLW24.

RLW defines the width of the left hand margin for a table. It defines the maximum width, in characters, possible for row labels.

If a line of a row label exceeds RLW, it is automatically split and a warning message appears if format WST is set.

Any space for PSV is taken out of the RLW.
