STN is a numeric format. The standard setting is STN0.
This format can only be used on an individual table; it must not be used as a global setting.
STN specifies a table number setting for the table name on a table output under format ATN. Table numbering under ATN normally starts at 1 and is stepped up by one for each table. If, however, the tables run forms part of a larger report, it is sometimes necessary to start at some number other than 1. Also, when re-running a few tables from a report, it is sometimes convenient to assign each table a different table number so that the rerun tables will fit into the main report.
NOTE: Setting STN to zero has no effect.
STN has no effect unless ATN is set.
