TLT Three Line Total row

TLT is a logical format. The standard setting is NTLT (false).

This format controls the incrementation of the first three rows in every table.

The total row (R0) is incremented for everybody as normal. The first row (R1) is incremented for all those who are empty in the rows of the table. The second row is incremented for all those who are not empty (as under format ANR1). The rest of the rows are incremented as normal.

The first two bits in the row variable should always be empty.

Using this format allows the DK/NA (R1) responses to be based on the total. The rest (R2) can then be used as the base for the rest of the table by putting label control <B> in the text.
