TTB is a logical format. The standard setting is NTTB (false).

TTB causes the weighted and unweighted total rows to be printed at the bottom of the table rather than at the top.

Standard market research practice is to put the total rows at the top; these form the base for any percentages. Putting the totals at the end implies that they are the sum of the other rows, which is only the case if the rows are single valued and there are none left empty.
