ZBD Zero Before Decimal point

ZBD is a logical format. The standard setting is NZBD (false).

ZBD tells CL to print a leading zero in front of the decimal point when printing numbers less than one and greater than minus one. ZBD has no effect if a number is printed as a whole number.
