Tells CL to generate a cumulative summary row of all rows specified since the beginning of the table, or the last <C> row, omitting from the calculation only total rows and rows containing <Q> label controls. The accumulated figures are added to any figures already in the row. Only applicable in stub labels.

Because the figures are added to the existing figures in the row, the definition if the <C> row will normally be F (false) in the stub.
