Has identical syntax to <F=> and <T=>, but is only allowed on the first element of a V or H set, and takes effect from the beginning of printing the table on which the set is called in. So H = '<K=CLW7> .... will set the column label width for all the columns of the table (until or unless this is over-ridden with a <T=> setting).
