This is only used in %JH specials to control the Companion CSV conversion to Excel.  No Companion licence is needed to use this facility.

<&SHEET=sheetname>

When not using a separate sheet for every table, this will cause the tables output to switch to the new sheetname.

You can reuse a sheetname and the tables following will be added to any tables already in that sheet.
