The form of this command is:

[*DSEP=c]

where c is any character other than right square bracket and exclamation mark. The character c is used from this point on as the item delimiter in *DATA set definitions, except where parameter T is used.

CSV files as data sets are not affected by the *DSEP command. You must use a (T=) parameter in the *DATA CSV command.

There may be more than one *DSEP command in a CL script.
