This PP command is used instead of the RCP NOPPINCSV to tell the program whether or not square brackets are to be treated as PP code when reading *DATA CSV file substitutions unless (M=P) is used.

IMPORTANT: If replacing the NOPPINCSV RCP put [*NOPPINCSV] after the control stage.

You can use [*PPINCSV] to revert to the default, which is to treat square brackets as PP code when reading spreadsheet data.

There are only two forms of the command, as follows:
