This RCP specifies that the Intermediate Tables File is not to be cleared before executing a Tables Stage. This means that data read at this stage is to be added into already incremented tables.

This allows more than one IDF to be used in incrementing a set of tables. It does not affect a Manip Stage (where the tables are not cleared anyway). It takes effect at the Execution Step.
