CSV identifiers (first column)

These identifiers are placed in column 1 of Tables CSV output using RCP CSV2.

They are intended to facilitate the writing of macros to enhance the output after loading to a spreadsheet program.

Changes between CSV[PMTF] and CSV2[R][M][I]

The job header and footer are only output once at the beginning of the Tables CSV file (after the BE line).

SZ and TF lines are no longer produced.

Tables combined with +t (format CON) will be combined.

Honour row and column suppression.

Honour other relevant label controls in row and column labels.

The table number of the TB line is the printed table number.

Formats NPVT, NPHT, and NPBT are honoured - they suppress the relevant rows.

Format NTID suppresses the table number (but not the TB line itself).

Optional (R) to round all figures to match tables output.

Optional (M) to put out double columns with markers in the second of each pair.

Optional IN (information) lines contain the following information for each input table:

Table number (#name)

Number of rows (figures plus stats)

Number of columns

Page number (actual)

Page number (printed)

Table type (STA, VDT, DIS)
