This RCP specifies that an Index file is to be generated.

This file contains the table name, the table ID and the page number of all tables printed. It is used to relate the table names to table IDs generated by CL. The RCP takes effect only at the Print Step.

The output lines can be used as a Print stage using the current CL run as an ITF.
