UNICODE RCP is no longer used and will be ignored.

UNICODE16 RCP causes the Tables CSV file to be UTF-16 with TAB column separator instead of UTF-8 with comma separator.

If RCP UNITEXT is NOT used then CL uses MBCS coding for character data which relies on the correct setting of the Locale in the Control Panel.

ODBC files read with PP *DBOPEN command will accept Unicode text.
