The standard setting is:
%FSL='SLA as lower case or M, SLB as UPPER CASE or MM, SLC add +, SLD add ++',
This text appears as a footnote when format FSL is used.
The words SLA, SLB, SLC and SLD are replaced by the percentages that these formats are set to.
IMPORTANT: if any of these formats are outside the valid range then the 2 characters preceding the format and the rest of the text is suppressed.
VERY IMPORTANT: the MM and M are replaced by the settings for formats SMA and SMB. If new text is used it is important not to used M except where appropriate.
