The standard setting is:
%FSL='SLA as lower case or M, SLB as UPPER CASE or MM, SLC add +, SLD add ++',
This text appears as a footnote when format FSL is used.
The words SLA, SLB, SLC and SLD are replaced by the percentages that these formats are set to.
VERY IMPORTANT: the MM and M are replaced by the settings for formats SMA and SMB. If you need an M in the text then an elipsis character (~) should be used.
Example:
%FSL='~ariscuilo procedure, SLA% as lower case, SLB% as UPPER CASE',
With the default formats (plus SIG9) will will show as:
Mariscuilo procedure, 95% as lower case, 99% as UPPER CASE
