The standard setting is 'Table <&TABLEIDENTIFICATION><JL><J+>*Page <&PAG><JL><J+><ML14>'. For each table in the Contents file, this text is output, followed by the table title (%ITT, IT, %VTT, VT, %HTT, HT, %BTT, BT). Note that formats IBT and IAT should be set to prevent the table title overwriting the information output by %TCI.
