Quantity weighting

Companion

A quantity weight is a value from the data that is used as the increment instead of 1 when creating tables.

Quantity weights are applied to individual tables and can be integer or float entries.

For example if you have collected the number of coffee drinks consumed during the interview you can apply this as a quantity weight.  The whole table will then be based on cups of coffee rather than the number of interviews.

If a quantity weighted table is also using a respondent weight then these will be multiplied together as the increment for the table.
