CAZ Character to print for Absolute Zero (not percentages)

CAZ is a character format. The standard setting is CAZ'-'.

CAZ is used to set the character which is printed in a table when the cell is zero.

Note that CAZ does not set the character to be used for zero percentages. This is done by format CZP.

Any character may be designated. Note that CAZ'0' has a special meaning and causes CL to honour the decimal place specification if set.

Format FAZ can be used to print a footnote on the page whenever this character is used.
