CNT is a logical format. The standard setting is NCNT (false).

Format CNT instructs CL to centre each line of the header and table titles on the page.

The title is centred between the position specified by format IBH and the position specified by format SPL.

The header is centred between the position specified by format IBJ and the position arrived at by calculating format SPL minus format IAJ.
