RBA Row Bottom Alignment

RBA is a logical format. The standard setting is NRBA (false).

This format specifies that row label items are to be printed so that the first line of the text is on the same line as the first row of the data.

The standard setting causes the first row of data to appear opposite the last line of row label text.
