RNK is a numeric format. The standard setting is RNK1.
The valid settings depend on the type of table, see Table stub.
For normal distribution tables:
IMPORTANT: Row ranking only takes place when the rank label control <Gnx> is used in the row labels.
RNK0 will stop the ranking from being done.
RNK1 tells CL to rank the rows of the table in descending order of magnitude in the total column.
For VDT tables:
RNK0 will stop the ranking from being done.
RNK1 will cause the rows to be ranked by row label value
RNK2 tells CL to rank the rows of the table in descending order of magnitude.
Note that ranking does not continue onto suppress heading (CON) tables.
Statistics and total rows are excluded from ranking.
