UCH is a logical format. The standard setting is NUCH (false).

UCH specifies that the last lines of all headers, overheaders and superheaders in the banner labels are to be underlined; the width of underlining is the total area over which the header is centred.

UCH will not underline an empty (all blank) header or over-header.

Format CTU specifies the character to be used for underlining.
