UCR is a logical format. The standard setting is NUCR (false).

Format UCR tells CL to print the unweighted total column on the right-hand side of the table. If the format is not used, the column will appear at the left hand side of the table.

All other features of the column are as described for format UNC. Format UCR only takes effect if format UNC is set.
