UNC is a logical format. The standard setting is NUNC (false).

Format UNC tells CL to print a total column from the unweighted table.

This column is not printed if NPTC is set.

This format should be used if horizontal percentages are used.

This column is printed on the left-hand side of the table, unless formats UCR or UCS is set.
