Selecting [Margins] from the "Print style" dialog box allows you to select the page margins and border for a print style.
At the "Print Style Margins" dialog box you can set the page margins, so an area of white space is left around the edge of the page, where text will not be printed. Simply insert the amount of blank space, in 0.001 inches, required on each side (left, right, top, bottom) of the paper.
The distances are measured from the outside of the "Printable area" not the actual page. Laser printers have a margin in which you cannot print, please check the printer settings dialog box for details.
Here you can also specify page border requirements. In order to print a border you should first click in the [Border wanted] box and then specify the position of the border from each edge of the printable area and the width of the border (again in 0.001 inches). If you would like a border with rounded corners, click in the [Rounded corner] box and specify the round width and height. The width and height of the rounded corners are also measured in 0.001 of an inch - the larger the number you enter the more rounded the curve; the smaller the number the more squared the border.
Note that both the margin and the border settings are measured from the full printable page area, so the settings for the margins should always be larger than the settings for the border to avoid text being placed on top of the border.
When you have set the margin and border options, select [OK] to return to the "Print Style" dialog box. The type of border you have selected will be displayed in the [Page margins and fonts] box.
NOTE: To set the page orientation (landscape/portrait) select [Printer] from the "Print Style" dialog box.
