This RCP causes CL to generate output files using the names as they were prior to version 2003.1.

With this RCP all output files have the same name as the CL script (or O=) and the extensions (after the dot) are changed.

For example the tables from Fred.stp are normally Fred Tables.txt. With OLDNAMES the tables will be Fred.tab.
