This RCP causes CL apply a quantity weight (SELECT WQ or +$weight) to unweighted figures in tables.

This RCP is intended for compatibility with earlier versions of CL. It should not be used with new projects.

IMPORTANT: this RCP is ignored if RCP MINSHOW is used.
