Where two or more variables or tables have the same text, all the names can be included in the definition: the text need not be repeated in separate definitions. Up to 100 names can be specified in a label definition.
Alternatively, when a new variable or table is to be labelled with a previously defined text, the text can be copied. Table labels may be set equal to variable labels, and vice versa.
Tables using a variable for stub or banner will automatically pick up text assigned to that variable.
Examples of duplicate label settings:
