The GLOBAL commands assign title labels to all variables or tables following (depending whether $ or # is set in the command), down to the next GLOBAL command of the same type, or the appropriate GLOBAL UNSET.
IMPORTANT: GLOBAL commands assign stub and banner labels to all variables or tables following (depending whether $ or # is set in the command), only if the length of the variable or table dimension is the same as the number of items in the label.
