Whenever a data file is opened and closed a line (row) is written to a History file in the History folder.

Each row contains:

•Date

•Time

•User (windows login name)

•Action, one of the following:

oData open

oData close

oData lock

oData save

oData new

oData weight

oData check

oVerbatim requested

The history file has other columns which vary depending on the action.

Data open

This line also contains:

•Extra2 - the machine (PC) name

•Extra3 - the full name of the project file (QDF) used

Data weight

This line also contains:

•Extra1 - the weight entry name used to store the calculated results
