Whenever a data file is opened and closed a line (row) is written to a History file.

The history files are kept in a folder call "History" which is created in the same folder as the data file.

History files are CSV files and have the same name as the full data file name including the extension with " History" added.  The full stop that precedes the extension in the original file name is replaced with a space.
