Input

This appears when you open an Input file (.qpsmrinp).

You can restrict the list by changing the serial range within the permitted range.

For any action other that testing you set the serial number first. Then you can:

•Input this new record

•Update an existing record

•Verify an existing record, see Input verify

•Change the serial number of an existing record, see Change serial

•Delete a record

Some of these options may not be available because they were prohibited when the Input file was created.

Serial numbers are very important and every record should have a unique serial number.

If there is a paper document (questionnaire) for a record then this should have the serial number on it. The serial number used here must be the same as the one on the paper document.

IMPORTANT: only records that are changed are touched. If a serial number is changed then the rest of the record is not touched.
