For CATI projects these special entries are used to hold the telephone numbers for the sample records.

Usually there is only one telephone number for each sample record called TELNUM or TELNUM_1.

Up to three numbers can be used called TELNUM_1, TELNUM_2, and TELNUM_3.

The sample index file contains the telephone numbers so that a Winsock dialler can use the numbers to retrieve records.

IMPORTANT: The TELNUM questions should always be at the end of any sample data questions.

IMPORTANT: TELNUM questions must be character (not integer) and must be wide enough to hold the numbers (usually width 32).
