FNZ is a logical format. The standard setting is NFNZ (false).

FNZ tells CL to print a special footnote on each page where CNZ, the character for nearly zero, is printed.

Formats FAZ, FNZ and FUV work in conjunction. CL prints all footnotes requested by these formats on a single line.
