FSL is a logical format. The standard setting is FSL (true).
FSL tells CL to print a special footnote (%FSL ) on each relevant page to show the significance levels used for markers.
In CSV tables only, if RCP CSV2G is used then the FSL table footnote is suppressed and put instead into the global footer
