HLS Horizontal alignment Spacing

HLS is a numeric format. The standard setting is HLS1.

HLS determines the number of spaces to appear between the numbers and percentages in a row, when these are printed alongside each other, as specified by format HAL. The percentages appear on the right; sufficient positions on the line are allocated to them to allow for "100%" and the number of decimal places specified by format DPR. The numbers use whatever space is left, after HLS is taken into account, within the current setting of format CLW.

HLS has no effect when HAL is not set.
