Labels for filters (bases) are set using the FL (filter labels) or X (text) commands.

Item delimiters are allowed, but headers, overheaders and superheaders are ignored.

Filter labels are only used as BT(base titles) when the FILTER command is used to filter tables.

The text is left-justified when printed.

Examples of filter labels:

fl = 'All North;All West;All in other areas',

x = 'One;Two;Three',

When x is used the text is set for stubs, banners, and filter labels
