This question is used to preserve the original serial number entered with the data.

It must be an integer with a width up to 15 and is set when a record is first input.  The width should be the same as the serial number width.

When a record is first input the ZZZSEQ question and the serial number are set to the same value.

IMPORTANT: this question plus the other ZZZ session questions are used to prevent the same record being included in the data more than once because they are unique for each record and should never be altered.
