MSE is a logical format. The standard setting is NMSE (false).

MSE instructs CL to output a statistics row with the value of the mean (AVG) divided by the standard error (SER). Where the expected mean score is 0.0, MSE gives a t-test value.

Format MSE takes effect when a number is used as the row or for row questions with label control <V> (value) set.
