PCS is a logical format. The standard setting is PCS (true).
PCS specifies that a percentage sign is to be printed to the right of each percentage printed, so long as format SFR is set to 100.
If no percentage formats are set (any of RTV, RTH, RTT, RTI), then PCS set has no effect. Note that RTV is set as standard.
Format PCT can be used to produce percentage signs next to the absolutes, as distinct from the percentages, of a table.
Note that if the character for the figure to be printed (as specified by formats CZP, CNZ, CUV) is blank, then no percentage sign will be printed.
