RTH is a logical format. The standard setting is NRTH (false).
RTH tells CL to compute and print percentages for each cell of the table on the corresponding cell in the total column.
Percentages for the total column are not printed unless format RBL is set.
DPR specifies the number of decimal places to which percentages are to be shown.
If more than one type of percentage is specified, RTH will appear below RTV and above RTT and RTI.
A percentage sign will be printed to the right of each percentage if format SFR is 100 and format PCS is set.
