RTT is a logical format. The standard setting is NRTT (false).
RTT tells CL to compute and print percentages for each cell of the table on the total-total cell in the table. The base for every cell is therefore the total number of people in the table.
Percentages for the total-total cell are not printed unless RBL is set.
DPR specifies the number of decimal places to which percentages are to be shown.
If more than one type of percentage is specified, RTT will appear above RTI and below RTV and RTH.
A percentage sign will be printed to the right of each percentage if format SFR is 100 and format PCS is set.
