RTV is a logical format. The standard setting is RTV (true).

RTV tells CL to compute and print percentages for each cell of the table on the corresponding cell in the total row.

Percentages for the total row are not printed unless format RBL is set.

If more than one type of percentage is specified, RTV will appear first.

A percentage sign will be printed to the right of each ratio if format SFR is 100 and format PCS is set.
