PTR is a logical format. The standard setting is PTR (true).

Format PTR tells CL to print the total row on a table.

Special %PTR controls the text to be printed with this column. The standard setting is 'Total'.

This row is printed at the top of the table (unless format TTB is set) but beneath the unweighted row if present (but see format URS). It is repeated on each page of the table unless format ONO is not set.

This row is used as the base when format RTV is set.
