Title formats

These formats are used to control which table titles are output.

PBT (Print Base Title)

This logical format causes the base title (a description of which records have beeen included in the table) to be shown.

Default value is PBT (true).  Use NPBT to suppress the filter description.

See also format BTR (Base Title Replaces).

IMPORTANT: be careful not to use format NPTB instead which will produce empty output.

PHT (Print Horizontal Title)

This logical format causes the horizontal title (a description of banner/columns on the table) to be shown.

Default value is PHT (true).  Use NPHT to suppress the banner description.

PVT (Print Vertical Title)

This logical format causes the vertical title (a description of rows on the table) to be shown.

Default value is PVT (true).  Use NPVT to suppress the row description.
