Labels for titles are defined using the following commands:
VT (vertical title) (for the stub)
HT (horizontal title) (for the banner)
Only line delimiters (CDL) are allowed in title labels.
The text is left-justified when printed.
If the text is too long to fit in the space allocated, it is split onto two or more lines.
Examples of title labels:
it = 'Special table',
vt = 'Rating scales',
ht = 'Demographics',
bt = 'All using car for shopping',
ft = 'This table has been weighted',
